Circle M BBQ is nestled in the Foothills area of South Carolina. Founded in 1992, this cozy establishment highlights our passion for a type of cooking that would make grandma proud, delicious food with an enjoyable atmosphere and a place for family and friends to gather and fellowship.
Our menu features a selection of dishes that are original to the restaurant-- dating back to the early 80's-- along with new menu items that were added in 2020. We wanted to expand the menu to reach more customers including our piglet (kiddos) population. With the piglets in mind, we have added mac & cheese and green beans, just to name a few.
Our meats are all smoked onsite in our pit area. We order hickory wood by the truck loads, split it ourselves and burn it down to coal. We use that coal to smoke all of our meats. Our BBQ, chicken, and ribs are all original to Circle M. In 2020 we added brisket... its TO DIE FOR!! Check us out on Friday for brisket in the form of burnt ends. On Saturdays we served a Texas style, sliced brisket.
Another great addition to the menu was homemade desserts. Our made from scratch desserts have become almost as popular as our BBQ. All of our meats, side dishes, and desserts are made in-house by our team of talented cooks and pitmasters.
